he was borned on Sept. 10, 1936 in Evansville Indiana, The son of Robert Kyle Allen Sr. and Georgia Doll (Linder) Allen.
He married Carolyn Sue Dunn on Sept.10 1957 at Zion Luthern Church in Mt Carmel Illinois.
He loved spending time on the river and with his grandchildren, Sug also loved a good practical joke.
He is survived by his wife, children Robert Allen 3th, Mark Allen, Chris Allen, Karen (Larry) Burns, Cathy Allen, Suzanne( breck) Garrett all of Mt Carmel Ill.
