JENNY BARKER
Jenny Barker born Dec. 14th, 1934 to John Calvin Smithey and Margaret Ann (Moss) Smithey, in Wynnewood, OK passed away peacefully in her sleep, Monday evening, Sept. 5th, 2005, from an apparent heart attack.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon "Arkie" Barker, one brother and three sisters.
She is survived by two sisters, Barbara Holland and husband Bill of OKC and Wanda McDaniel of N. Olmsted, OH and many nieces and nephews.
She worked many years for B.G. Wilkes book Bindery and many years as a beautician in SW OKC. Jenny loved playing golf when she was younger and has many trophies. She loved fishing, gardening, shopping, visiting with her family and playing with her great-great niece Shelby. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Services, Friday, at 2:00 p.m. at Vondel L. Smith Mortuary So., 6934 S. Western, with interment at Resthaven Cemetery on 104th & S. Western.
