Professional Wrestler, Professional Football Player. Before becoming a wrestler by learning his trade in Stu Hart's Stampede Wrestling promotion based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, he was a linebacker who played for the Cincinnati Bengals and the Buffalo Bills in the National Football League (NFL), and the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League (CFL) between 1984 to 1986. In 1989, he debuted for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and had success there as a multi-time worlds tag champion, winning the United States Tag Team Championships with "Z-Man" Tom Zenk & both the WCW & NWA Worlds Tag Champions with "Stunning" Steve Austin as a member of The Hollywood Blonds. During his time with WCW he also made sporadic appearances for New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). When he left WCW, he went to join Paul Heyman's Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and then to the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), where his Loose Cannon persona took off. In his WWF run, he had feuds with Goldust & "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and was a member of The Hart Foundation with Bret & Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart & "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith.
