Army Spec. Beau Ramsey Beaulieu was from Lisbon, Maine. He was a 2002 graduate of Lisbon High School. After graduation he joined the US Army.In 2003 he was married to his wife (Christina E.). A member of 27th Maintenance Support Battalion, 1st Calvary, Fort Hood, Texas. Beau repaired and maintained communication equipment. Killed in a mortar attack in Bagdad, Iraq. Awarded Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Son, Husband, Soldier.

Camp Cook, Taji Iraq- Beau R. Beaulieu, 20 formerly of Lisbon, was killed in the line of duty, May 24, 2004. Beau was born in Lewiston August 11, 1983 the son of Timothy Beaulieu and Donna Field. He was educated in Lisbon Schools and graduated from Lisbon High School with the class of 2002. After graduation in June 2002 he enlisted in the United States Army where he specialized in repairing and maintaining communications equipment. He then shipped to Iraq as part of the 27th Maine Support Battalion of the 1st Cavalry Division, based in Ft. Hood TX. He worked for many years at Graziano's restaurant in Lisbon. On December 22, 2003 in Lisbon, he married the former Christina M. Estes. Together they made their home in Copperas Cove, Texas. Among his interest were football and track which he participated in at Lisbon High School. He was an avid outdoorsman having enjoyed bikeriding and camping. He is survived by his wife of Copperas Cove Texas Mrs. Christina M. Beaulieu, his mother Donna Field and her husband Fred of Lisbon, his father Tim Beaulieu of Kentucky one brother Brandon R. Beaulieu of Lisbon, three stepsisters Ashley Field and Riley and Renee Beaulieu. His maternal grandparents Shirley & Don Pherigo of Lisbon, Roland Marquis of Sabattus & Fred Field Sr. of Lisbon , His paternal grandparents Joseph (Sonny) & Juliette Beaulieu of Arizona, his father & mother in law Stephen & Debra Estes of Lisbon, and a sister-in-law Angelica Estes of Lisbon, several aunts & uncles, great aunts & uncles, and cousins. Beaulieu, Beau R. - Died in the line of duty May 24th 2004 in Taji Iraq. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 1st from 5 - 7PM and Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the CROSMAN FUNERAL HOME, 40 Main St. Lisbon Falls. Funeral with Full Military Honors to be held on Thursday June 3rd, 1:00PM at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church, 9 Foss Road, Lewiston, Maine. Interment following the funeral at the New Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta, Maine. Those wishing may make memorial contributions in his memory to the Ft.
