We were taking Kash to the vets one day for a minor ailment. There was a notice up on the board for anyone who wanted to Give this Black and white cat a home. I asked the vetinary assistant If I could see him. So 'Buster was brought to me to see. My goodness, he looked like he had been 10 rounds in the boxing ring! he was an old chap, and he had a lime green cast on his back leg! apparently he had been found with a broken leg. Soon as she gave me 'buster' to hold, he put his little paws on my shoulders as if to say 'take me home with you' I couldnt resist him!
We re-named him 'Freddie' After Freddie Mercury. Old fred lived with us from 1999 til 2002 when we moved home. We had only been there two weeks and Freddie just dissapeared. Sometimes, cats will dissapear if they are old and are going to die. At least he had a few happy years in comfort and fuss!
