William “Bill” M. Celentano, 58, of Harrisburg, NC, passed away on Wednesday, January 27th, at home. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, lived in Keansburg, prior to moving to Harrisburg. Bill was a powerlifter in his teenage years, earning the title of National Champion in 1977; he also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair University. Bill worked many years as an inspector with U.S. Customs. Bill is predeceased by his parents, Ignatius and Mary (Sanchez) Celentano, his first wife, Denise J. Celentano and his brothers John and David Celentano. Surviving is his wife, Ann Marie W. Celentano; his daughter Delia Celentano; his son Richard Celentano; his sister Stacey Goddard and husband Andrew; his brother Bob Celentano and wife Nanette; 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Family will be accepting friends on Friday from 3-7pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Saturday there will be a 10:15am Mass at St. Ann’s Church, Keansburg. Interment to follow at Bayview Cemetery, Leonardo
