Mary A. was the daughter of John W. and Joanna MATHEWS Warrick. She married Jesse James, Nov 9, 1865 in Copiah County, Ms. They had six children, three boys and three girls. Mary A. died in the early 1890s. My grandmother who later became Mary A's daughter-in-law, said Mary was a very pretty lady with coal black hair so long she could sit on it. She was part Indian.
