William son of Edward Huggins and Leticia Work Huggins. He was the grandson of Hudsons Bay Company Chief Factor John Work.
He married Anne Elvira Krug.
He worked in the diplomatic service, stationed in Brazil and his children Katherine on 15 Dec 1897 and Edward in 1900 were born.
William died in Brazil in 1918 and in 1922 his wife Anne and daughter Katherine with her husband and two children board a ship back to the states, possibly after being there for the funeral. His son Edward also died in 1918 while he was living with his Uncle in Pennsylvania.
