Actor. Born in Michendorf, Germany, he was raised in Switzerland and attended school in London before coming to the United States in the late 1930s. He was often typecast as a Nazi in 1940s Hollywood war movies. Kreuger appeared in such films as "Hangmen Also Die" (1943), "Sahara" (1943), "Mademoiselle Fifi" (1944), "Paris Underground" (1945), "Escape in the Desert" (1945), "Unfaithfully Yours" (1947), "Spy Hunt" (1950), "The Enemy Below" (1957), and "The St. Valentine's Day Massacre" (1967). At one time he was also the third most-requested male pinup at 20th Century Fox. In later years Kreuger became a millionaire real estate developer.
