CECIL BYRON "BUD" GREATHOUSE
May 16, 1910 - April 10, 1984

This was a wonderful man from Atoka. I remember as a child he was the janitor at Thunderbird Elementary School that I attended. He had his own office space and all us kids loved going there where he would tell us all wonderful stories. Kids and adults alike loved Mr. Greathouse. When I grew up and married and became a checker at Sonny's Grocery Store Mr. Greathouse and his wife always came to my checkout stand. I will always have fond memories of him.

I took this from a geneology web page I came across accidently from Atoka County, Oklahoma Geneology and saw Mr. Greathouse name and I knew I had to post him on Findagrave.

Cecil Byron "Bud" Greathouse, 73 year old Atoka County native, died April 10, 1984 at the Veterans Administration Hospital at Muskogee, Oklahoma.
