Robert "Bobby" Mullen, 70, of Vaiden passed away from complications of Parkinson's disease at AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenwood on Friday, May 23.

Mr. Mullen was born in Louisiana on July 22, 1943, to James William Mullen and Corro Lee Alderson Mullen. He was a retired welder and a Baptist. He served in the Army National Guard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Mr. Mullen is survived by his wife, Wanda Mullen of Vaiden; three daughters, Stormie McCaleb of Winona, Crystal Smith of Vaiden, Tonya Chrisman of Winona; five sons, Glenn Mullen of Morgan City, Wayne Mullen of Grenada, Rodney Mullen of Jackson, Shad Mullen of Vaiden, Joshua Mullen of Vaiden; three sisters, Betty Lane Flynn of
Winona, Linda McDonald of Lexington, Ina Jo Maxie of Jackson; ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
