R.Scott was the son of Raymond "Ray" Tysinger and Betty Joyce NEWTON Tysinger. He was the grandson of William Jennings Bryan and Annie Belle SCALLIONS Newton. The great grandson of James Wilson "Jim" and Mary Alice LITTLE Newton, and William Ump and Sallie Melinda KENDALL Scallions.

He was a very good-looking young man who was loved by family and friends.
He was my 2nd cousin.
