Gragg was Pastor Emeritus of Independent Congregational Church of which he served 34 years. Past Grand Chaplin Grand Lodge of the State of Mo., member of Glenwood Lodge NO. 427 A.F. & A.M. Scotish Rite 33rd Degree and Shrine Memorials to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children will be appreciated.
