LINCOLN L. DONALDSON, JR. Gary, Indiana age 39 of Gary, Indiana, died suddenly early Tuesday afternoon January 31, 2006 in Munster Community Hospital from an apparent heart attack. Mr. Donaldson was born on April 29, 1966 in Washington, D.C. to Lincoln and Katherine (Stratton) Donaldson, Sr. He leaves behind his loving parents of Gary, Indiana and his loving sisters, Cheryl Villarreal of Houston, Texas, Audrey Donaldson of Washington, D.C., Mitzi Donaldson of Germantown, Maryland and Patricia Donaldson of Gary, Indiana. Also surviving is his loving brother, Hugh Donaldson of Gary, Indiana and his step-grandmother, Sarah A. Stratton of Paducah, Kentucky. Mr. Donaldson was employed by Quality Carriers and was a member of the Nazarene Church in Gary, Indiana. He proudly served his country in the National Guard. Funeral Service will be offered in celebration of Mr. Donaldson's life at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2006 in the Ridgelawn Funeral Home Chapel, 4201 West Ridge Road, Gary, Indiana, 219-980-5555 with Reverend Christopher Armiger officiating. Committal services will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Mr. Donaldson to the donor's choice. Lincoln will be deeply missed by his loving and devoted parents, family and many friends.
