Funeral Services For Wm. A. Miller, 55, Held This Morning
Died at his home near Perryville early Tuesday Morning
Wm. A. "Shorty" Miller died at his home on the Allen's Landing Road near Perryville at 3 o'clock Tuesday morning of uremia. He was 55 years old.
Mr. Miller was born at Vienna, Ill. December 25, 1885, a son of James C. and Eliza (Estes) Miller.
He was married to Mary Beatrice Reed, who together with the three children born of the marriage survive him.
The children are Mrs. Clyde Bohnert of Cape Girardeau and Carl and Stella Miller of Perryville. He is also survived by two brothers, Charles Miller of Sikeston, Mo. and Harry Miller of East St. Louis, Ill. and one sister, Mrs. Martha Williams of Charleston, Mo., and two grandchildren.
The funeral was held this morning from the Bey Funeral Home to St. Boniface Church at 7:45, where services were conducted by Rev. F.E. Sommerhauser, pastor of the church at Sereno. Burial was made in the church cemetery.
