She had 5 children, two by Joseph Vangennip, Dorothy 1921-1922 & Josephine 1923-1962. Anna, Loretta, & Geneva 1930-2009 were daughers with Joseph Thele.
Regina had altzheimers for many years prior to her death. She spent the last 20 some years in a nursing home in Marble Hill, Mo. She knew no one for the last many years she lived except for one person, her mentally retarded grandson Dale.
