Clara Rose (Flieg) Drumm of Ste. Genevieve died Sunday, July 24, 2005, at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. She was 85 years old.

Funeral services are Tuesday, July 26, 9:30 a.m. at the Church of Ste. Genevieve with Reverend James Hanson officiating.

The burial is in Valle Spring Cemetery. Wood Family Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

She was born December 17, 1919, in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of George and Martha (Brischle) Flieg.

She was married to William "Ivan" Drumm on December 27, 1942.

Survivors include two sons, David Drumm and his wife, Carolyn, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Dennis Drumm and his wife, Linda, of Ste. Genevieve; four grandchildren–Nikki, Scott, Lindsy, and Bethany; two great-grandchildren–Emily and Lauren; two sisters, Laura Zeller of St. Louis and Elvera (Mrs. Arvel) Herbst of Ste. Genevieve; and one brother, Martin Flieg of Ste. Genevieve.

She also is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Mrs. Drumm was a member of the VFW Post #2210 Ladies Auxiliary.

The family requests memorials in the form of masses or to a charity of one's choice.
