Kathleen Miceli, 74 Clifton Heights Resident Kathleen Miceli passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 2, 2013.
She was born in Philadelphia and raised in St. Rose of Lima parish. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Kathleen (nee Ward) O'Toole.
Kay was a loving wife, devoted mother, tender grandmother, caring sister, and a loyal friend.
She was a loyal employee of the former Clover store and was employed at Kohl's from 1977 to 2007. Kay was a member of St. Eugene Church in Primos, PA. She enjoyed having people in her home, working, attending bluegrass festivals, being a caregiver and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Silvio Miceli in March of 2012; by her siblings Joseph (Mary) O'Toole and Jane Russo. Survivors: Her children Maria (John) Ferguson, Bernadette (Andrew) Currie, Joann Miceli, Michael (Joanne Maben) Miceli, and Maureen (Chuck) Somers; her grandchildren Debbie, Brooke, Will, John, Liz, Andrew, Charles, Alex, Anthony; her brother James (Betty) O'Toole; sister Terri (Mike) May; brother-in-law Rich Russo; sister-in-law Eleanor Miceli and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Friday, April 5th, 6PM and Saturday, April 6th, 9AM at O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Road, Springfield, PA 19064. Funeral Mass: Saturday, April 6th,10 AM, St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Avenue, Primos, PA 19018.
