Mrs. Sallie L. Birchett, 90, of North Little Rock, a native of Naylor, died Saturday at Rebsamen Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville after living in a nursing home for several years.
Born Oct. 6, 1901, a daughter of William Ray Talley and Rachel Cordelia Simmons Talley, she was a housewife and a member of the Crystal Hill Baptist Church. She was married to Hartle Birchett.
Survivors are two step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Cypress Valley Cemetery at Vilonia.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock.
