"Baby Moses Washington" was a newborn male infant found dead and wrapped in a charred blanket by two City of Albany Parks Department employees in 1997. One of these men was my brother, Steve. The baby was named "Moses" because he was found next to the statute of Moses, and Washington because of the place he was found, Washington Park. Identity of the baby remains unsolved. He lies in a grave with a lamb on top of it and people visit his grave and leave trinkets in his memory.
