Daughter of Rev.William Weeks and Elizabeth ____ Weeks of Seaton, Co.Devon and of Dorchester,MA.

She was the first wife of Benjamin Carpenter. After Renew's death, Benjamin married, second, widow Martha (Bliss) Toogood on Nov 27,1706.

Children: Benjamin Carpenter Jr, Jotham Carpenter, Renew Carpenter West, Elizabeth Carpenter Winslow, Hannah Carpenter Thurston, Jane Carpenter, John Carpenter, Submit Carpenter Pierce, Job Carpenter, Keziah Carpenter Horton Barney Harkin, Hezekiah Carpenter, and Edward Carpenter.

Her son Jotham married Desire Martin. Desire's ancestor John Billington came over to America on the Mayflower.

There were 100 graves here with Renew being the oldest marked grave as of 1939. I found this cemetery and it is not where the 1939 directions say it is. The entrance is at telephone pole #33 on Warren Avenue in Swansea, MA. You go down a grass road (blocked off so you have to walk) 3000'. It overlooks 100 Acre Cove.

Son Job is common direct ancestor of members Sue Williams and Kevin Avery.
