WEAVER — Funeral services for Mr. Arthur William Digiacomo Jr., age 72, of Weaver, will be at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2007. Interment will be in Providence Baptist Cemetery in Ragland. Visitation will be this evening from 6 to 8, June 25, 2007 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Mr. Digiacomo passed away at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital, June 22, 2007. Mr. Digiacomo is survived by his daughter, Deena Moore and husband, George III, of Weaver; son Arthur D. Digiacomo and wife, Danae of Birmingham; sister Deloris Schoenwolf, of Philadelphia, Pa.; two grandchildren, Tilyn Nicole Digiacomo and Drake Parker Digiacomo. Pallbearers will be Military Honor Guard. Mr. Digiacomo was a native of Philadelphia and resident of Weaver for the past twenty-five years. He retired as a U.S. Army veteran with twenty-six years of service. He loved to play the piano and played at the Anniston Country Club, The Annistonian Restaurant and the Victoria Inn. Mr. Digiacomo we preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Julia Digiacomo and brother, Joseph Digiacomo. Chapel Hill Funeral Home will be servicing the Digiacomo family, (256) 820-5151."
