JOHN J. MILLIGAN, 76, of Zephyrhills died Oct. 7 at home under the care of Hospice. A native of Philadelphia, he moved to this area nine years ago from Pennsylvania. He was a pattern maker for Arco and an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Ella; two sons, John Jr. of Ridley Park, Pa., and William D. of Madison, Tenn.; a daughter, Nancy Milligan of Newark, Del.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
