Homer Evjen, 43, Dies in Hospital
Homer Martin Evjen, 43, resident of 2271 S. 13th. W., died in a local hospital Tuesday evening. Funeral services will be at 1:30p.m. Friday in the Geraghty mortuary Chapel and burial will be i Sunset memorial Garden with the Rev. David J. Graff officiating.
He was born 4 July 1919, in Creston, and was a veteran of Worl War 2. He was an operating engineer and had been employed by the Bud King Construction Co.
Survivors include his widow, Lolah Mae, five daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Fox, Marta Lee, Janice, Tammy, and Deborah; two sons, Goerge and Bruce, all of Missoula; mother, Mrs. Sylvia Baldwin, Missoula; father Martin Evjen, Kalispell; three brothers, Arthur, Polson, Darrell, New Jersey, Walter, Miles City; a half brother Charles Baldwin, Missoula; and five sisters, Mrs. Carl Trap, Seattle, Mrs. Orville King, Portland, Mrs. Matt Cress, Kalispell, Mrs. Winfred Ponton and Mrs. Elizabeth Weisser of Missoula; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
