pronounced dead on arrival at
Riverview Hospital about 5:20
p.m. Saturday following an in-
dustrial accident at Nekoosa
Papers Inc.
Services will be at 11 a.m.
Tuesday at St. Paul's
Lutheran Church, town of
Seneca, the Rev. E. G.
Kuechle officiating, with
burial in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Berkholtz was born
April 17, 1956, at Marshfield,
the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Donald G. Berkholtz, and was
a 1974 graduate of Lincoln
High School.
Surviving are his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Donald
Berkholtz, Wisconsin Rapids;
three brothers, Dan, Donald
Jr., and Allen, and two
sisters, Peggy and Bonnie, all
at home; grandparents Mrs.
Alma Berkholtz, Arpin; and
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Gebelein, Vesper. A grand-
father preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Taylor
Funeral Home today and at
the church from 9 a.m. Tues-
day until time of services.
