Mrs. Caroline Rebecca Lewis Croy died October 11 at Idaho Falls where she had gone about a week before to visit her son, John Edward. The body was returned to Sandpoint where funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Moon chapel with the Rev. Lewis Harro officiating. Interment was made in pinecrest.
Mrs. Croy, who was a member of the Presbyterian chursh, was born June 10, 1886, in Midland, Ontario, Canada. Her husband, Otis Croy, had preceded her in death several years ago. Mrs. Croy has been a resident of Bonner county since 1924.
Beside her son she is survided by four daughters,Mrs. Olive Nash, route 1, city: Mrs. Agnes Johson, Troy, Mont.: Mrs. Elsie Church, Coos Boy, Ore., and Mrs. Pearl Goodman, Post Falls, Wash.
Two brothers also survive, John and Charles
lewis, who reside at Evensburg, Canada. A sister Mrs. Pearl Wood, :Lives in McBride, B.C. There are also surviving 10 grandchildren and five great-granchildren.
Another child born to Caroline and Otis was Leslie died in 1936 in a logging accident.
