She was Evie or 'Toots' to her friends; Was the daughter of Andrew and Evelyn Myers, sister to Andrew Meyers, Jr. Married to Victor 'Joe' Rotello on June 2, 1956 at St. Anthony Catholic Church; mother to Victor, Jr., Andrew 'Jim', Steven & Michael Rotello and grandmother to Andrew 'Drew', Heather, Samuel 'Sammy', and Thomas 'Tommy'. Co-Owned with husband an old style trailer cafe near the corner of 11th Street and 23rd Avenue in Rockford in the mid-70s; also owned a small cafe off 23rd Avenue and 20th Street in the late-70s and early-80s. Ran the cafes in the downtown Sears store and later at the CherryVale Sears. Was later employed in the cafeteria of SwedishAmerican and St. Anthony Hospitals. Passed away quietly at her home after a couragious fight aganst cancer.
