Services for Robbie Daniel Brister, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Monday, July 7,
at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Riverwood Memorial
Park.

Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Brister, 45, died July 4, 2008, at the University of Mississippi Medical
Center in Jackson. He was born on Nov. 24, 1962, to Paul Brister and Charlotte
Daughdrill Brister.

He was employed with U.S. Environmental Services. He attended First Baptist
Church. His achievements included United States Team Roping Championships and
Deep South Team Ropers Association.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Ray and Nona Mae Daughdrill and
Melton and Tera Brister.

Survivors are his wife, Tina Allen Brister; his son, Dane Kristopher Brister, of
Brookhaven; his daughter, Savannah Lindsey Brister, of Brookhaven; his brother,
Mark Brister and wife Andrea, of Brookhaven; his sister, Angie Phelps and
husband Donald, of Hammond, La.; his sisters-in-law, Tanya Greer and husband
Chris, and Sydney Burns and husband Kennon; his father-in-law and mother-in-law,
Carroll and Diann Allen; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials or gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 332
North Lauderdale St. No. 5001, Memphis, TN 38105.
