William C. Chase, a former postal telegraph company messenger boy, died at his home, 800 Sixth Street, Saturday evening at 6:50 o'clock, of tuberenlar peritonitis, after a long illnes.
He was born October 10, 1900, in this city and is survived by his mom and these brothers and sisters; Private Robert W., Camp Hancok, Augusta, Georgia, George L., Thomas D., Mrs. Myrtle Neumer and Mrs. Maud McKinney, all of this city.
He was a member of the Third United Brethren Church. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at the house. Interment in Greenwood tomorrow afternoon at 2:30.
