Henry was a farmer in Greene Township on the farm later owned by Fred Harbach. Henry worked in the Elmira Foundry in Elmira, New York, during WORLD WAR II. He later bought a farm on the Loganton crossroads. He was a potato grower and a dairyman. Henry was a member of Evangelical Church then was a member of the God's Missionary Church on top of Carroll mountain on way to Rauchtown at the campground.
