John W. Lynch, one of Wallingford's oldest and most widely known Irish residents, died at the home of his son, Dennis J. Lynch, on Hall avenue, at 5 o'clock Monday evening. Deceased was overcome by the heat a few days ago and never rallied. He leaves three sons, Richard W., Dennis J., of this place, and Edward of Waterbury, and two daughters, Mrs. John Fahey of this city and Miss Catherine Lynch of Waterbury. The funeral will be held at 8;30 o'clock this morning from the home of Dennis J. Lynch and from Holy Trinity church at 9 o'clock
