He was born in Farrandsville where he lived all his life. He was employed by the Piper Aircraft Corp. He became ill at work, went to his home by car but did not leave the automobile. He was taken directly to the hospital.
He is survived by his wife, the former Grace Braucht, Farrandsville, five children, Mrs. Lois McDermott, Farrandsville; Wendell Englert, at home; Harold, Beech Creek; Wayne, serving in the Navy; and Charles Braucht, a step-son; two brothers, Harry and Fred, both of Danville, Ill.; four sisters, Mrs. Rosie Moore, Mrs. Laura Allen, and Mrs. Mary Morgret, Farrandsville and Mrs. Katy Harbach, Jersey Shore.
ENGLERT-Services for Roy Frederick Englert, Farrandsville, who died at the Lock Haven Hospital at 10 pm Monday, March 18, 1963, will be at the Helt Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Robert Walker will officiate. Burial in Dunnstown Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
