Mr. Moore had been partially blind for many years, following a mine accident ay the Queens Run mines of the North American Refractories, where he was employed.
He was born at Hyner, August 3, 1893, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Moore.
Surviving were his wife, the former Rosie Englert; a daughter, Mrs. James Jodun, Farrandsville; a grandson, William Jodun, and two brothers, Harry Moore, Gardner, Massachusetts, and Truman Moore, Hyner.
