Francis Patrick "Fritz" Cummings was born Jan. 17, 1930 in Stephensville, WI. He was the youngest child of William and Ursula (Puth) Cummings with Agnes, Ursula, William, and Mary Ellen being his older siblings.
On Aug. 11, 1956, he married Fay in Menasha, WI. Together they raised seven children.
Frank did general construction work and he and Fay owned and operated Frank and Fay's Bar in Hilbert. Frank was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Kupsch Brockman American Legion Post #127 of Hilbert. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
