Peggy was Pathology and Microbiology Manager at SOMC. She was a graduate of PHS in the class of 1976. She attended Ohio State University in Columbus, and Columbus Technical Institute. She was also a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Roberts and Beatrice L. Langley Roberts; and a brother, Chuck Roberts.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Judge Howard H. Harcha III, whom she married on August 22, 1981 in Portsmouth; a daughter, Heather L. Harcha of Portsmouth; three sons, Howard H. Harcha IV of Portsmouth, John L. (Cassie) Harcha of Portsmouth and Matthew R. Harcha of Portsmouth; a granddaughter, Mackenzie Johnson; a sister-in-law, Michelle Harcha of Columbus, Ohio; six sisters, Dorothy (Bud) Bentley of South Shore, Kentucky, Marjorie (Arthur) Muncy of Pataskala, Ohio, Julia (Dana) Loy of Borden, Indiana, Phyllis Zath of New Boston, Ohio, Sharon Haueisen of Marysville, Ohio, and Lillie (Robert) Ennist of Cody, Wyoming; two brothers, Tom (Connie) Roberts of Marion, Ohio, and James (Fay) Roberts of Portsmouth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
