Thomas Francis Allen, 70, of East Helena, Montana, died early Sunday morning May 25, 2008.
Tom worked as a computer analyst for the state Department of Justice for 38 years.
Tom was born in Wallace Idaho, on Aug. 29, 1937, to William Robert and Anna Bridget (McBride) Allen. He graduated from Butte High School and attended Carroll College. He married Lois Maretta Denny on Nov. 27, 1954, in Butte. His pastimes were hunting, computers and auto mechanics. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the East Valley Fire Department. Tom and Lois attended the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Lois of East Helena; sons, Bruce (Denise) Allen of Helena, Steve (Kana) Allen of Bremerton, Wash., David (Karla) Allen of East Helena, Robert (Maria) Allen of Helena and Daniel Allen of East Helena; daughter, Patricia (Dave) Clarke of Missoula; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Tom is also survived by his brother, William Allen of Dillon.
Interment will be at St. Ann's Cemetery.
