Mr. Duncan was a native of Tylertown, MS., and a longtime resident of Jackson County. He served in the US Army and US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Joyce Faye Williams Duncan and his parents, James W. Duncan and Olema Morris Duncan. Mr. Duncan is survived by two daughters, Brenda Voelkel and husband, Mark, and Cynthia Randle, all of Pascagoula, a sister, Betty Faye Duncan of Kenner, LA., and eight grandchildren, Michael McMaster, Andy Fiske, John McMaster, Nick Fiske, Daniel Fiske, Jessica Randle, Cassidy Voelkel, and Casey Randle, and best friend, Edna Hall of Pascagoula.
On Tuesday, February 8, 2005, there will be a 10 AM graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
