John Charles "Sambo" Herrington Sr.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Hulett-Winstead Sumrall Chapel for John Charles "Sambo" Herrington Sr., 41, of Sumrall, who died July 12, 2007, at Forrest General Hospital.
Burial will be in Williamson Cemetery.
Mr. Herrington was retired from Lamar County.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann "Sissy" Herrington; his parents, Larue and Sandra Herrington of Sumrall; his maternal grandmother, Ella V. Williamson of Sumrall; three sons, John Charles Herrington Jr. of Sumrall, Michael Paul Herrington of Hattiesburg and Justin Codey Herrington of Clarkston, Va.; one daughter, Tiffany Ann Herrington of Sumrall; two sisters, Kathy Calvin and Ella Mae Peak, both of Sumrall; one brother, Charles Larue Herrington Jr. of Sumrall; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. today at the chapel.
