Mr. Michael Vaughn Anderson, age 51, of Brushy Mountain Road, Wilkesboro died Monday, December 5, 2011 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held Friday 11:00, December 9, 2011 at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gwyn Anderson and Rev. Kenny Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 8 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Mr. Anderson was born March 30, 1960 in Iredell County to George Wilson and Marie Lula Anderson. He was a member of Arbor Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by: one sister, Susie McGlamery and husband, Johnny of Wilkesboro; six brothers, Rev. Gwyn Anderson and wife, Martha of Wilkesboro, Calvin Anderson and wife, Rudyne of Wilkesboro, Rev. Kenny Anderson and wife, Shirley of North Wilkesboro, Clayton Anderson and wife Joyce of Millers Creek, Russell Anderson and wife, Barbara of Moravian Falls, Tim Anderson and wife, Sandra of Millers Creek.
