Inventor. Agricultural Researcher. In 1890, he developed the "Babcock Butterfat Test." For over 100 years, this method has been the standard in the dairy industry for testing the quality of milk. He developed the "Babcock Hollyhock" which is the official flower of Madison, Wisconsin. (bio by: Evening Blues)
