Andrew Calvin Baker, III, 40 of Cleveland, Oklahoma, passed away following injuries received in a motor vehicle accident near Hallett, Oklahoma on Friday, February 24, 2012. Andy was born on June 23, 1971 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of Ronnie Ray, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann (Gessel) Baker.
Andy grew up in Cleveland and attended school in Cleveland and at the completion of his education, Andy began working as an electrician helper in Pawnee for several years. Andy later began working for Pogue Electric before gaining employment with Ceja in Hominy. During his time with Ceja, Andy traveled extensively throughout the United States. Currently Andy was working at the Hickory House as a cook.
Andy loved to go fishing. You could often find Andy at the creek waiting to bring home the catch of the day. Andy just loved being outdoors especially when he was helping someone.
Survivors are his two children, mother, one sister and her husband, grandmother and a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his father Ronnie Ray Baker, Sr., brother Ronnie R. Baker, Jr and grandmother Euleta Baker.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
