..Mr John Bond Sr, of Red Creek, Harrison Co., breathed his last on 21st instant, in his 69th year. The deceased was a member of Col Jas B. McRae's Company, 3rd Regiment, and served faithfully as a soldier during the 'Late Unpleasantness.'
We tender our condolence to the family and relatives of the deceased. the departed hero was a consistent member of the Baptist Church for thirteen years..
