She is survived by three sons: Edward, Michael and Patrick. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam S. Kabala; and parents: Edmund and Mary. Mrs. Kabala was a "special grandma" to Charlie and Sammy Gist and Flynn Hartigan, as well as aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Kabala was a longtime member of St. Ann Church, the Daughters of Isabella and was a Third Order Franciscan. She was also a member of the Lansing Junior Women's Club, St. Ann Ladies Club, the VFW Women's Auxiliary and was a life member of the 2nd Indianhead Division Ladies Auxiliary.
Pat was an avid White Sox fan. Patricia was a loving mother, aunt and a friend to everyone at the Dorchester. She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
