Mikayla Chevon Bailey In the spring of 2004, God opened the windows of heaven and presented the earth with a ray of sunshine. He wrapped the ray of sunshine in a bundle of human joy and we called her Mikayla. On Sunday, June 20, 2010 this ray of light was called back to heaven and asked to shine down on us from above. Mikayla was preceded in death by her grandfather, Brent F. Bailey, great-grandmother, Kay Bailey and great-grandfather, Thomas R. House. She leaves to cherish her memories her mother and father, Kaleah Bailey and Percy Dukes, sisters, Alyssa Joy Bailey and Gabrielle Victoria Stevens, grandmothers, Rhonda Bailey and Phyllis Dukes, uncles and aunts, Brenton D. Bailey (Norma), Stacey Pruitte, Abeana Beavers, Dayton Beavers, Mario Adams and Tameka Dukes, great-grandparents, Eliza House and Joseph Bailey, and a host of cousins, great aunts and uncles.

Visitation Friday, June 25, 2010 9-11 am at Shiloh Baptist Church, 200 Rev. Walton Dr., Lockport, IL. Service at 11 am, Pastor Richard D. House, officiating. Interment following at Elmhurst Cemetery. Minor-Morris Funeral Home 112 Richards St. (815) 723-1283
