Amy was the daughter of Genney Lou McGinnis and the Late Robert E. Leeman Jr. She had three (3) brothers: Robert E. Leeman lll., Aaron Jay Leeman (Deceased) & Andrew Dawayne Jones. Two (2) sisters: Rebecca Ann Leeman (Tibbs) and Felicia Renee Leeman (Jackson). Paternal grandmother: Lena Leeman. Preceded in death by, her father: Robert E. Leeman Jr., paternal grandfather: Robert E Leeman Sr., a brother: Aaron J. Leeman, maternal grandparents: James W. McGinnis Sr. and Eleanor G. (Birtcher) McGinnis.
Amy was married to Russell Lee Rittenhouse July 15, 1995 who died August 1,1998.
She had joined Find A Grave back in September of 2003. She had added her husband to Find A Grave at that time. Amy collapsed unexpectedly from a Brain Aneurysm that burst on April 24th, that left her in a coma and on life support until the time of her death on April 29th. She did have some brain activity for a few days and could communicate by opening her eyes or moving her hand or toe's. So we do know that she was able hear (Her Family) that filled the room with prayer those last few days.
