Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2005 at Mortuary Services of Louisiana. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2005 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 235 Flournoy Lucas. Interment at Forest Park West.

I was walking home from school on a cold winter day. Took a shortcut through the woods, and I lost my way. It was getting late, and I was scared and alone. But then a kind old man took my hand and led me home. Mama couldn't see him, but he was standing there. And I knew in myheart, he was the answer to my prayers.
