Services for Henry E. Breeds, 83, of 5930 West Scott Road, Homer, who died Monday at his home, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Briggs-Hall Memorial Home, Homer. Burial will be in West Homer Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Breeds was a life resident of Homer. He was formerly employed with Chris Craft Boat Co., Cortland.
Mr. Breeds was a life member of the Summerhill Baptist Church, Homer, and a member of the St. Cloud (Fla.) Shuffle Club.
Surviving are his wife, the former Gladys Riese; two sons, Gerald H. of Moravia and Lawrence R. of Harrisville, Pa.; four daughters, Betsy Hargett of Locke, Dora Jones of Homer, Charlene Hamilton of Poplar Ridge and June Abbey of Pitcher; three sisters, Ethel Marquis of Freeville, Lillian Vossler of Preble and Mildred Darling of Cortland; 29 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
