♥.¸ღ¸.•✿ My Grandmother ✿•.¸ღ¸.♥

My Grandmother, Olive, was the daughter of Julius M. Andahl and Esther M. Coddington Andahl. She married Dave A. Kensler (1930). They had two children, including my mother, Pansy A. Kensler Bubeck. She later married Carl C. Spence (1945), Roy W. Hallowell (1966), and Ellis M. Martin (1972). Olive loved gardening, cooking, and her many pets that included birds, cats, and chickens. Olive died of breast cancer, which was first diagnosed when she was 58 years old. There is a strong history of breast cancer in this family line, including a male sibling.

The following notice is intended to defend my rights to the work I have done here and that of my beloved grandmother's memory.

Five (5) pictures of my grandma and her husbands, and portions of the bios I previously wrote for them, were taken and used without my permission. Any use of them on other sites is copyright infringement.

My photos had been here since 2008 but have now been stolen and placed on the paid site, dated 2014, along with another photo misrepresenting my grandmother. These two women are not the same person. The photo entitled "1943 Mom & Dad" is not my grandmother. My Christian grandmother did not play house or "Mom & Dad" in 1943 with her 2nd husband two years before she married him in 1945. It is not "safe to assume" this picture is of her and it's very disrespectful to knowingly do so.

I personally knew and spent much time with my grandmother, unlike the many others who stole my material. They did not even know the death dates or burial places of either of their Spence grandparents until I placed that material here.

Mom & Dad to the Spence children was Carl and Nitus Spence. My beloved grandmother did not have any children with Spence. A little real research would tell you this information or you could have asked me rather than just stealing it and assuming the rest. I have shared much of my work with many cousins and distant relatives over the years. That's what my grandmother would have wanted and now I better understand the warnings and why she personally entrusted so many things to me.

All parties have been informed of this matter and it is now malicious intent to remain and harass me about it.
