Armenta enlisted in the Army on July 2, 1942. He was killed on January 12, 1945.
Carlos is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pedro Armenta of Los Griegos; and six brothers, Patricio, Nick, Rosendo, Eloy, Ricardo, and Pedro Jr.
