Roxie Ann Schoppaul, a godly Christian woman, was born on July 24, 1913 to John Oscar and Pearl McKinney Waggoner in Era, Texas, Cooke County.

She was a graduate of Gainesville High School and attended Gainesville Junior College, where she received a teaching certificate.

Roxie married Troy Reeves in 1933 in Gainesville, Texas. He passed away in 1968. She married Albert Schoppaul in 1975 in Argyle, Texas. He passed away in 1981.

Roxie was a housewife. She retired from Yarbrough's Pharmacy in Denton, Texas in 1975 after many years of service.

Roxie was a faithful member of the church of Christ since 1928.

Roxie is survived by two sons, Carroll Don Reeves of Springfield, Miss., and Troy Dale Reeves and wife, Susie, of Nixa, Miss.; and three grandsons, Michael Reeves of Austin, Texas, David Reeves of Denver, Colo., and Isaac Reeves of Nixa, Miss.

She is also survived by one stepson, David Schoppaul and wife, Mary, of Cross Roads, Texas; and three step-granddaughters, Michelle Crinklaw and husband, Brent, of Highland Village, Texas, Leann Briggs and husband, Jeff, of Grand Junction, Colo., and Kristie Luse and husband, Jason, of The Colony, Texas. Roxie is survived by her step-grandchildren, Brayden, Allie, Cade and Karlee Crinklaw, Skyler and Noah Luse, and Blaklee Briggs.

Roxie is survived by two sisters, Reba Beall of Azle, Texas, and Billie Morrow and husband Jim, of Austin, Texas; and by sisters-in-law Alice Waggoner of Boyd, Texas, Dorothy Waggoner of Sanger, Texas, and Lorene Smith of Lake Dallas, Texas; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Roxie loved all of her family and friends and was deeply loved and admired by all who knew her.

Roxie was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers and sisters:
